Step 1: First we apply a deep cleaning solution that is appropriate for the floor type that liquifies the soil, grime and all that's embedded into the porous material in Natural Stone, Grout or Concrete surface.
Step Two: We then use our patented floor tool that applies heated water at just the right pre-selected cleaning pressure in the Containing Dome that prevents any over spray or mess – pre-selected at a pressure level that precludes any damage. At the same time the water is being applied, it’s also vacuum-extracted at 5 gallons per minute, leaving the surface almost completely dry. In a nutshell Cleaning Solution, Pressure, Heat and Extraction is what produces the amazing results we deliver.
We use our Trailer Mount Cleaning Plants for Carpet Cleaning as well that allow us to deliver best in class service since Heat and Vacuum is so critical for a Great Carpet Cleaning Job.
